How Long Your Inspection Takes
Most inspections run two to four hours, depending on the size, age, and accessibility of the home. Larger or older properties, or homes with additional systems to test, may take longer.
Should You Attend?
You’re welcome to attend all or part of your inspection, and honestly, we hope you do. Walking the property with your inspector gives you a chance to ask questions in real time and see firsthand what’s being discussed in the report. If your schedule doesn’t allow it, that’s fine too; the report is written to stand on its own.
